Our federation includes more than 1,000 independent Boys & Girls Club organizations. Autonomous local organizations serve youth and communities in more than 5,000 Club locations with 437,000 adult professional staff, local volunteers and local board members. BGCA serves local organizations, but does not manage the operations of individual Clubs. Member organizations are governed locally.
